FAQ
FAQ
What dice notation is supported?
Standard forms like d20, 2d6, and 2d6+3 (or 4d8-1). You may include a count (up to 999), sides (2–9999), and an optional +/− modifier.
Is this a 3D virtual dice roller?
Yes. When WebGL is available, dice throw in a 3D tray. If 3D cannot start, you still get the same secure random totals with a non-3D presentation.
Are rolls truly random?
Each die uses crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling—not Math.random. This is suitable for casual tabletop play, not regulated gambling.
Does my roll history leave this device?
No. History and presets are stored in your browser localStorage only.
Can I roll multiple dice at once?
Yes. Set a quantity or use notation like 4d6 to roll four six-sided dice and sum them with any modifier.
What is fullscreen table mode?
A large, high-contrast results view for sharing a screen at the table. Toggle it from the tool panel.
Do you support advantage/disadvantage?
Not as a dedicated mode. Roll 2d20 and take the higher or lower result manually, or save that workflow as a preset.
Will reduced motion change my totals?
No. Reduced motion only affects animations; the underlying rolls are identical.
